What's included
Measurement templates & profiles
- 5 starter templates ship out of the box — Pant/Trouser, Shirt, Kandura/Thobe, Abaya, and Kids Wear — or build your own with custom number/text/dropdown/checkbox fields
- One customer can hold unlimited measurement profiles (himself, spouse, children), each for a different garment type
- Every edit creates a new version instead of overwriting — orders freeze a snapshot of the version used, so past orders are never affected by later changes
- Optional approval step before a garment can move to cutting
Tailoring orders
- Book multi-garment orders with per-line fabric source — customer-provided, shop stock, or mixed
- Trial date, delivery date/time, priority, and an assigned master tailor per order
- "Confirm & Create Sale" hands the order straight to a real UltimatePOS invoice for payment
Production status & job cards
- Each garment line — not the whole order — moves through its own cutting → stitching → trial → finishing → delivery workflow
- Full status log of who changed what and when
- Printable job cards for the cutting/stitching team, per garment or for the whole order
Materials & fabric usage
- Issue and return shop-supplied fabric per garment
- Stock deducts automatically the moment fabric is issued to production, and restores for any returned quantity
- Customer-provided fabric is logged but never touches stock
Alterations & rework
- Track post-trial or post-delivery adjustments as their own record — type, reason, chargeable amount, due date, assigned staff
- Kept separate from the original garment's delivered status
Delivery dashboard
- Active, Today Due, Upcoming, Overdue, and Ready-for-Delivery at a glance
- Filterable by location and delivery-date range
Reports
- Summary, By Garment Type, By Worker, and By Customer breakdowns of order volume, value, and productivity
Notifications & role-based permissions
- Daily internal alerts for staff on orders/trials due, plus optional email/SMS delivery and trial reminders to customers
- Granular permissions per staff role — order management, measurement approval, template management, material issuing, alterations, reports, and settings can each be assigned independently
Requirements
- UltimatePOS Advance or SaaS edition (add-on module, not a standalone app)
- PHP 8.0 or higher
- MySQL/MariaDB — same database as your UltimatePOS install
- At least one business, location, and your service/fabric products already set up
